According to Japanese traffic regulations, in addition to holding a Japanese driver's license, to those with a driver's license from the following countries: Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Estonia, Morocco, and Slovakia, are required to present their passport, local driver's license, and a Japanese translation of the driver's license issued by the JAF when picking up the vehicle.
For driver's licenses from other countries, you must provide your passport and an International Driving Permit issued by a country that is a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic in order to drive on Japanese roads. For more details, please refer to the following link:
How do I pick up the car after arriving at the airport?
We provide a free shuttle service from and to the airport. Please contact us via Line, Whatsapp or call us after you have arrived at the designated waiting point.
For customers flying internationally, please head to Bus Stop No.98 as show as the picture below.
For customers flying a domestic flight, the waiting point will differ depending on the company that you flew with.
If you flew with ANA, PEACH, AIR DO, please head to Bus Stop No.30.
If you flew with JAL, JET STAR, SKYMARK, SRPING JAPAN, please head to Bus Stop No.1.

All payments are payed at the counter. We accept both CASH and Debit/Credit CARD .
Can we have multiple drivers?
Yes, please make sure to provide all the required driving documents when picking up the vehicle.
We also do not have any restrictions on the number of drivers.
When does Hokkaido starts to Snow? Do you need tyre chains?
Due to the varying weather conditions each year, the timing of snowfall is not fixed. However, snow typically starts accumulating around mid to late December. Late December is usaully also when the skiing season starts
In Hokkaido, regular passenger vehicles generally do not require snow chains, only winter tires. There is no need to worry, during the winter season, all of our vehicles are equipped with winter tires.
How do you pay for tolls?
For tolls you can pay with Cash or Credit Card while going through the staffed lane.
We also rent out ETC (Electronic Toll Cards) if you are looking for a faster freeway experience. However,, we do not offer the HEP(Hokkaido Expressway Pass) just yet.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes, but please make sure to leave it inside a cage when it's on the car. If the car is returned with odor and or other damages caused by the animal, we will have to charge for a cleaning fee.
