Are pick-up and drop offs out of business hours possible?
Yes, we do provide this service. The price being ¥1500/H.

Can I pick-up and drop off the car at a different location?
Yes you can, but please note that you can not use the ETC card if the [drop off] is in a different location.
The prices for each location one way is as shown below:
Sapporo: Apr - Nov ¥10,000 Dec - Mar ¥20,000
Asahikawa: Apr - Nov ¥20,000 Dec - Mar ¥30,000
Niseko: Apr - Nov ¥45,000 Dec - Mar ¥90,000
Furano: Apr - Nov ¥35,000 Dec - Mar ¥70,000

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation 72 hour prior to the pickup time will be refunded. But any cancellation within the 72 hour period is not refundable.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us directly via Line/WhatsApp/Email.
Please note that any bank handling fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
Can we have multiple drivers?
Yes, as long as you had provided the required documents while picking up the car.
Please make sure to keep your permit and passport with you while you are driving at all time.
Does the cars have snow tires?
Yes, starting from early Nov all the way until the end of Apr without any extra costs.
What kind of a child seat do you provide?
We provide is a Convertible child seat fitting all children starting from a baby all the way to 12 years old!
